Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Datablurai. Because images are processed in your browser, most rules here cover how you may use the Service itself — not what we store.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use Datablurai to process, generate, or share:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") or content used to harass, dox, or stalk a person.
• Imagery used to impersonate, defraud, or commit identity theft.
• Content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups.
• Anything that is illegal where you are or where the affected person is located.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Automated abuse, scraping, or load testing against our endpoints.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or circumventing security or rate limits.
• Reselling Datablurai or the credits you purchase, except where we have given written consent.
• Using the Service to remove watermarks, copyright notices, or other rights-management information from content you do not own.
• Sharing account credentials or attempting to access another user's account or credits.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of remaining credits, with or without notice. Where required by law, we cooperate with law enforcement. Reports of abuse can be sent to support@datablurai.com.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
