1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Datablurai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Datablurai, operated by KuangYuan Lin as an independent sole proprietorship based in Chiayi County, Taiwan ("Datablurai", "we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Datablurai provides an AI-powered image privacy checker and automatic redaction tool. Image processing primarily takes place on your device. We may offer paid features, including credit packs that unlock additional usage.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

5. Paid Features & Credits

Certain features require purchasing credits. Pricing is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal. Your purchase is also subject to PayPal's User Agreement. All purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy. Credits have no cash value and may expire as described at purchase.

Credits are digital goods delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. All purchases are one-time — there is no subscription, recurring billing, or auto-renewal.

5a. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, processing child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content used for harassment or identity theft, and automated abuse of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and branding, is owned by Datablurai and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to images and content you process through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detection results will be complete or accurate. You are responsible for reviewing redacted output before sharing it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datablurai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chiayi, Taiwan.
